Terms of Service

Welcome to Galium. Galium is a server-side detection and intelligence platform designed to assist organizations in maintaining competitive integrity and operational oversight across Rust servers. By accessing or using our services ("Service"), including our website (galium.gg), control panel, server-side integrations, Discord integrations, and REST API (where available), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The terms "Galium," "we," "us," or "our" refer to CyberSynthetics Solutions LLC, the owner and operator of the Service. The term "you" or "user" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our Service. This Agreement complies with applicable UAE commercial and data protection laws, including the Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL) and Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 (VAT). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Galium is a detection intelligence and observability platform designed for Rust server organizations. The Service may include, depending on plan and configuration: • Detection Engine: Server-side signal ingestion and detection systems to identify suspicious behavior and integrity risks • Behavioral Analysis Systems: Pattern analysis, correlation, and investigative context across servers and time windows • Risk Scoring & Automation Framework: Configurable scoring, thresholds, workflows, and automated actions based on your organization’s policies • Observability Dashboard: Review signals, triage cases, manage organization configuration, and maintain audit trails • REST API (where available): Programmatic access to signals, entities, and operational data subject to access controls • Discord Integrations (where available): Notifications, workflow actions, and operational coordination The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various tiers offering different features and capabilities.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by authenticating through Steam or Discord. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access Paid subscriptions are subject to the pricing and terms displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are exclusive of VAT, if applicable, under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers. Continued use of the Service after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the client portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Our Service collects and processes data necessary to provide server-side detection intelligence, behavioral analysis, observability, and operational workflows, including: • Server Telemetry: Server identifiers, configuration and integration health, environment metadata, and operational logs • Gameplay Telemetry: In-game event signals generated on servers where Galium is installed (such as combat events and other gameplay activities) • Behavioral Pattern Data: Derived features and indicators calculated from telemetry to support risk evaluation and investigation • System Integrity Monitoring: Signals intended to identify tampering, abuse, or suspicious interaction with the Service and its integrations All such data is generated within Rust servers and integrations where Galium is installed and enabled. It reflects gameplay activity and server-side operational signals. We process this data to provide integrity monitoring, detection intelligence, risk evaluation, investigation workflows, and configured automation. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as real names, email addresses, physical addresses, or payment details (handled by third-party processors). Galium operates primarily through server-side telemetry and does not require invasive client-side software as a condition of using the Service. Detection logic, scoring systems, risk evaluation methodologies, and integrity monitoring techniques are proprietary and confidential. Users have no right to inspect, reverse engineer, request disclosure of, or obtain internal detection mechanisms, thresholds, rules, models, or analytical methods. By using Galium-enabled servers and integrations, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide license to collect, process, analyze, and display telemetry and derived signals as necessary to provide the Service (including dashboards, alerts, case workflows, and automation). Galium acts as an independent integrity platform and is not a game publisher or server operator.

You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful software • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without permission • Attempt to bypass, evade, probe, test, or undermine detection systems, integrity monitoring, or operational safeguards • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service • Attempt to reverse engineer detection logic, scoring mechanisms, thresholds, risk models, or analytical methodologies • Use the Service to benchmark, extract, train against, or otherwise derive detection methodologies for adversarial purposes • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to the Service without refund.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, code, algorithms, and design elements, are owned by Galium / CyberSynthetics Solutions LLC or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All detection systems, risk models, scoring methodologies, machine learning models (if any), behavioral analysis frameworks, correlation methods, and integrity monitoring techniques are proprietary trade secrets of CyberSynthetics Solutions LLC. No user acquires any rights to Galium’s detection logic, internal thresholds, rules, models, or analytical frameworks, whether through use of the Service or otherwise. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. This license does not include rights to: • Use our trademarks, logos, or service marks without written permission • Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our Service • Publicly display, perform, or distribute any portion of the Service • Use any proprietary detection, scoring, or analytical systems for competitive, commercial, or adversarial purposes User-generated content (such as organization names, themes, or configurations) remains your property, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process such content as necessary to provide the Service. All Service outputs, signals, risk scores, and derived analytics are owned exclusively by CyberSynthetics Solutions LLC and are not subject to user ownership or export rights.

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including: • Steam (authentication and player data) • Discord (bot integration and authentication) • Payment processors (subscription management) • Battlemetrics (optional server data integration) • Content delivery networks (CDNs) These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk, and we encourage you to review their respective terms before use. Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not signify endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with such websites.

Access to the Galium REST API (where available) is subject to rate limits and usage restrictions based on your subscription tier. You agree to: • Respect rate limits and implement proper throttling mechanisms • Cache API responses appropriately to minimize unnecessary requests • Use API tokens securely and not share them publicly • Attribute data obtained through our API when displayed publicly • Comply with all API documentation and best practices We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or restrict API access for any account that exceeds rate limits, misuses the API, or violates these Terms. Excessive API usage that impacts Service performance may result in additional fees or account suspension. All data returned by the API remains Galium's property and may be revoked or altered at any time.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS. We do not guarantee that: • The Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times • Data will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date • We will make reasonable efforts to address major defects where commercially feasible • The Service will meet your specific requirements Detection and risk evaluation are probabilistic and may produce false positives, false negatives, or incomplete investigative context. Galium provides analytical signals and configurable automation tools. Enforcement decisions and outcomes remain the responsibility of the server operator or organization. Automation features may perform actions based on your configuration, policies, and thresholds. Galium does not issue game bans unless configured to do so by the organization (including via integrations). Final enforcement responsibility lies with the organization operating the server(s). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GALIUM AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim, or the equivalent of 350 AED, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: • Maintenance and technical upgrades • Security concerns or vulnerabilities • Changes in business strategy or operations • Legal or regulatory requirements • Technical limitations or resource constraints Detection systems, scoring methodologies, and integrity monitoring techniques may evolve without notice to preserve effectiveness and reduce adversarial abuse. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes affecting paid features. However, we shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service, and no refunds will be provided for temporary service interruptions. Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion for extended disruptions. Scheduled maintenance will typically be announced in advance through our Discord server or client portal.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to: • Breach of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy • Fraudulent activity or payment disputes • Extended periods of inactivity (free accounts) • Abusive behavior toward other users or staff • Attempts to probe, bypass, evade, or undermine detection integrity or platform safeguards • Use of the Service for adversarial testing, extraction, or benchmarking of detection methodologies • Legal requirements or court orders Upon termination: • Your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases • All data associated with your account may be archived or anonymized • No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods • You must cease all use of our API, plugins, and other Service components Termination for breach does not entitle you to refunds or continued data access. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature in the client portal. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, including applicable federal legislation such as the UAE PDPL and related commercial laws. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at hello@cybersynthetics.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve any disputes within 30 days of notification. For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, you agree to binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, conducted in English under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make changes, we will: • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page • Notify you through email (if provided) or through the Service • Post a notice in our Discord server for significant changes • Provide at least 30 days' notice for material changes affecting paid services Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service and may cancel your subscription for a pro-rated refund if requested within 14 days of the change notification. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
